Parvati

Parvati, a Hindu god representing the feminine side of males, is named after Parvati. According to Hindu mythology Parvati came about when Shiva wanted a female consort in order to have a baby. They were looking for a woman that could attract Shiva and found one. This woman was said not to have been black but she was beautiful.

Parvati is also thought to have been created when Shiva left society and became an ascetic. At the same time, the world was being terrorized by a female demon, and Shiva had no time to be distracted. To tempt Shiva, the goddess Shakti assumed the form of Parvati, a beautiful goddess. Shiva was eventually won over, and the pair were married. In the following myths, Shiva and Parvati had a son who would destroy the demon.

Shiva

Shiva, a Hindu god and husband of Parvati (deity Shakti) is known as Shiva. They are both believed to be the creators. Shiva has had many lives and is now a god. Shiva was made Harihara by combining his god Vishnu with Parvati to form the god Parvati. Harihara literally means elephant head.

Shiva, the greatest deity of Hinduism and the ultimate God, is the most significant. He is worshipped widely as a supreme god and is often seen in popular Hindu mythology films. Depending on their beliefs, Hindus worship Shiva in many ways.
