Spiritual Enlightenment via Self-Awareness

One concept called enlightenment can be found within many Asian religions. While Buddhists use the term to refer to enlightenment in Buddhism, there are other terms that can be used from Asian religions such as kaivalya (Hinduism) and ushta (Zoronism).

The life force is the source of all life. All life forms share one life force. This force is called unity. It's the same power, even though different cultures may call it differently or describe it differently.

First, be aware of your now'. This is crucial for spiritual enlightenment. It will be easier to shift your focus when you are aware of the formless presence that is behind your mind. Your egoic mind will be less hungry and your negative impact on the world will be less.
