Awareness of the life force connections
The first step to spiritual awakening is becoming aware of your life force connection. It's a powerful process, which helps people overcome differences and discover who they are. The life force is not just personal power; it is everywhere and can be found in all things. When a person meditates on this energy, they feel more powerful, whole, and happier.

Living in the now
